mary poppins Apprentice (3) | na a gamblers stakes is a set course of about 8 - 10 jumps and you have to choose 6 jumps 2 jump. Each jump is worth a certain amount of points and the joker ( usually biggest and spookiest) is worth 20. The competitior will be times from going through the first flags until they have completed their chosen jumps and then the time will stop when they return through the flags. The jumps can be jumped any way but only once and the joker must be jumped last. Hope that makes sense. Also time comes into it only if points are drawed.

Pk Super Jockey (185) | hey jai for most show (as long as there open) you dont have to belong to pc (unless waikato is different to franklin) you can go to most shows without ever attending a pc rally. i went to my first 2 shows (an ORD and a ODE before i started pc!

Appy Addict Super Jockey (50) | A gamblers stakes is a co-: :- that consists of show jumps and x-country jumps and each jump is a certain number of points when its your turn you get a certain number of efforts and go and make up your own co-: :- jumping only the jumps that you want to do. the person with the highest score wins.
eg. I am aloud to jump seven jumps. I jump no.1 which is worth 4 points so 4 points is added. and no.5 which is 6 points so 6 points are added...etc and then i cum back and jump no.2 which is worth 5 points but i refuse so 5 points is taken OFF my score. and then the jump judges tally up my points and compare them all to find a winner. Or thats what ive been told a gamblers stakes is so DONT confuse me!! lol!! there is one cumming up at my pony club soon and i cant wait its for everyone!

Gallop RR Governer (6464) | Well actually, your version is just you add points to the jump. Which is what i said. I think. Lol. Oh and you added in x-country. So they are fairly similar. All depends on what you classify it is.

Gallop RR Governer (6464) | Its a jumping round. What happens is there is a choice of jump(s), and everyone has to go over them. You have to clear it to go onto the next round. But every round, the jump(s) get bigger. So eventually you get down to 2 people and every time they clear it, it just keeps going up. Winner is the person who clears the last jump.
