Sweetie Starting Jockey (17) | We just watched and there was a cert that you could do for unmounted and horsemastership thing. Plus our instuctor would let us swap around with other riders so we could learn!!!

Tattynanaa Executive Jockey (252) | I was an unmounted rider 4 a year it was fun it was mostly lil kids and we did things like how to tack up a horse ( da lady brought a lil pony) and brushing an feeding and tack cleanin an anatomy an all sorts of stuff! at the end of da year I got to lead a lil kids around on plum lol

NZSB Intermediate Jockey (45) | At our Pony Club I just watch, help set up jumps/trotting poles/arena's, help with lead rein ponies if they need it.. usually they don't cos their parents lead them. And that's about it.. our PC isn't very exciting but I bet you guys have big pony clubs and learn heaps. Don't let that grumpy b**ch get you down.. you'll have fun either way you go!

Podge RR Addict (4651) | Hi, at my pony club-Rosedale Pony Club, I was an unmounted rider 2 years ago and I actually quite enjoyed it! I learnt a lot about owning a pony and caring for ponies(even though I knew about it already) and sometimes other riders offered us to ride their ponies. It was really really fun!!! Bye~

Im currently an unmounted rider and i have to be honest....i hate it.
All i do is set up poles led the lead rein group around and when i get the chance gallop around on little ponies < which is fun. But i feel really left out! But i still go because its good to get out there so i can spread the word im looking for a horse! so in counclusion i think its worth it.
