My little 4 month old filly was born bright chestnut,
And now she has lots of patches of dark brown, like shes going to change to a liver chestnut. The patches are around her eyes, muzzle, ears, hocks, and bits on her tummy, chest and neck.
Her half brother of the same age is doing the same.
The sire is chestnut, and the dam is bay, if that makes any difference?
Is this them changing colour?
Thanks
