Trixie | Hey minis are so much fun and bring so much joy, I have a colt that I am going to sell but will need to be gelded, His nature is gooey and loves attention, He was showen as a foal once and did really well at the regional show and placed in all his classes including third in breeders award of merit. He wasent shown last season due to me having to have a season off but he is in my show team for the up coming season. I'm in tirau and my minis are at the castle pamela if ya no where that is.

We won NZ Hi-point Cat A Weanling again this year, second time in a row
This is only a handful of our supreme winning horses, we are eagerly awaiting foals from our new USA imported stallion, I cannot wait! Only 3 and a half short months left till we have the first little one on the ground(this will be out of the same mother as the Black filly in the first picture and the silver colt by Cadence our USA boy)

BM Miniatures RR Citizen (863) | Hi Lilly
First of all, I might add you wont regret getting a mini show horse, it's a lot of fun and you get to meet some lovely helpful people. I would recommend visiting the NZMHA website as Nippy linked to you below and contact your nearest regional delegate. They can let you know when some shows are on near you and going to have a look would be the best thing for you to decided if this is what you would like. Definitely go and chat to a few people, most are more then happy to give you advice, including myself. I am way down in the freezing south, but I am more then happy to answer any questions you may have in the meantime before show season starts up again(feel free to email me, flying_pigs66@hotmail.com)

Depends on the colouring. Mine get clipped only around 3 times at the most. I didn't clip my white stallion at all, i clipped my bay about 3 times. My blacks i clipped them about 2 weeks before, and heat them so the black comes thru same with my silver dapple
