Aww fanks gallop_JB :)

Our clydies have lovely temperaments. I wouldn't say they are dead quiet though! Robbie is an absolute sweetheart to handle, very polite and gentle, especially for his size. If he was any sort of problem he would NOT still be a stallion!! We have lightly backed him ourselves and he has never put a foot wrong. I really should be putting some more work into him actually, it is just a case of finding the time.

Debi is a sweet mare too. Very food focussed and a great mum. She is not a crazy horse to ride but she knows her own mind and will take advantage of a novice rider if she gets a chance (not nasty, just smart, LOL).

Meg is still a baby but is super friendly and has been very obliging when it comes to learning about having her feet trimmed and being caught, led and tied up.

Clydies can have a bit of spark in them but in our experience they really are gentle giants :D

Loopy Lou, what are the temperaments of your clydes like? I was on another forum and a person was saying that clydes are the firey ones of the draught breeds. I dont quite believe it myself.

Hey Nippy, sorry I missed this msg!

Yes we do breed clydesdales but only on a tiny scale (we have one mare and one stallion, LOL). We will probably sell the next foal on the ground although no idea on price at this stage. Probably around $3k as a weanling.

Thx for all the lovely comments guys.

I am really very proud of my horses and love sharing them with people and it is always really nice when they are complimented :D So, thank you all :)
