I do lots of flexing and getting him moving forward :P lots of stretch down too.

i usually do quite a bit in walk. first thing is to get her off my leg and stretching down and stepping thru nicely. Then we do straightness work like counterflexion, leg yields and lateral stretching. Then i go into rising trot, still keeping her in a long and low frame and do the same exercises in trot.. and after that shes good to do more of whatever i want to work on :)

first time i did it with charm it honestly felt like she was just floating, and you could feel the power as well

I do heaps of stretching, big open/free moving trot and canter, then changes within paces and lateral work and stuff :)

just for warm up?

lots of stretching - long and low, flexing her neck to the inside and the outside as well as asking her to yield to the leg
leg yielding in the circle - make it bigger and smaller
i also do lots of straight lines and practice halting square
