This is who i am going to put my mare to when money and time allow. I think he is very ideal for what I want and sounds like you Lollie are looking for the same kind of things in a Stallion.

Do you know what her dam is? Appart from distelfink, like what her dams dam is?

Ooooh exciting!! :D you wont be disapointed :P. Um shes a pink paper graded warmblood? Apparantly thats the best you can get :)

Oh cool, well I hope she got her flashy hock movement from Landi or Distelfink then not a flashy WB mama :P

Found out Ellie's mummy was Distelfink/Rocky Mountain :)

Hes an Awakino boy - http://www.awakino-estate.co.nz/dressage/default.htm

Maybe when they get some ridden pics up he'll appeal a bit more, or some nice pics of his paces lol, coz I love him otherwise, except his little short back, my backs have that already and it's making saddle fitting a birch!

Perhaps the pictures are just aren't taken at the right time though, he is very lovely to look at when he's just standing up..

To be honest I'm not that impressed... I wasn't all that taken by his paces... I think if I was gonna spend up and import semen I'd go for something slightly flashier.

not sure, but he was born with it.
like serious mouth problems

I guess if I decide to look more into him I would research back into his lines to try and find out if it's something in the family or just him, as if it's not hereditry then it shouldn't be an issue for breeding.
Possibly not something that should be chatted about on a public forum though either ;)

yup thats why i haven't gone into it further lol, but just thought i'd let you know :)

Ta :)
If you do know anything about the hereditry side of things (like how horses mouth issues are passed on through breeding) and you don't mind FB mailing me about it I'd greatly appreciate it :D About any horses - keen to gain as much info as poss so I know what to look for when looking for a suitable stally. At this stage I'm keen on Landi.
