As far as I know its just the mini breed that measures to the last hair.

sohopasofino Executive Jockey (264) | I know quite a few people with little back yard pet mares that are keen to use him just to breed for fun =) I have a photo but will post one once I get him clipped! Hard to see what is under there. So I am assuming they should have good leg to girth ratio, straight legs and look like a large horse that has been shrunk. Not a dwarf. I am hoping to get him clipped this week, just have to wait until it is warm and sunny so he will dry out properly!
I should probably look at the breed standard huh lol..just being lazy!

Also a stallion should look just like a big horse, with less faults as possible.
But to be honest there are really enough stallions that really are not that great.
