BLING RR Governer (5181) | make sure you are actually allowed to black them first. I know for like golden horse classes you aren't allowed to dye the horse or black it's hooves and stuff cos it's basically falsifying the colour. I'm not sure if darkening the legs also counts as enhancing and falsifying colour
