You have to change the name
pop3@xtra.co.nz
It is meant to be pop3.xtra.co.nz
Delete anything in your outbox before making the change

Password
Email address
the mail servers etc are on that wizard link I sent you

If you cancel the wizard you will be able to get in
Ring xtra and get them to set up the email - Make note of the UN and pw as well as email address....
then use this wizard:

um i actually can't even get into microsoft outlook cos i haven't configured an email with it yet, pretty sure its 2003 as everything else is on my laptop (word, publisher, excel, etc)
how do i set up an email with xtra? do i need to contact them or can i do that online?

also do you already have an email address you intend on using? (ie set up with xtra) and is your BB connection with Xtra?
