P0nes Executive Jockey (491) | EXCEED AND EXCEL ADDED TO GALA DINNER AUCTION OFFERINGS
Auckland Racing Club announced this afternoon that a 2011 nomination to Exceed and Excel will be auctioned at Sunday night’s Racing for Christchurch Gala Dinner.
The nomination has been donated by Darley Stud who stand the stallion for AUS $66,000 (incl gst).
Exceed And Excel was the Champion First and Second Crop Sire in Australia by both winners & earnings and is the sire of horses such as Reward For Effort and Helmet.
The Gala Dinner will auction off services to 28 stallions as well as an array of racing memorabilia, equine-related goods & services and other sought-after items that include All Blacks memorabilia.

P0nes Executive Jockey (491) | The Auckland Racing Club is thrilled with the support received from its staff, suppliers and those people/organisations who have offered their time, goods and/or services free of charge for Sunday's Gala Dinner.
This means that every dollar collected from ticket sales & auction items will be given to Christchurch.
If you are prepared to donate $150 to Christchurch, please consider putting it towards purchasing a ticket to the dinner (where you will enjoy a great "free" night out too!).

Sunday night will see a fantastic range of auction items on offer with recent inclusions being:
* Anyone who purchases a service fee to a stallion in the live auction component of Sunday evening will receive free transport for their mare to that stallion courtesy of Majestic Transport (Australian-based stallion Starcraft excluded)
* A reserved table for 10 in the Guineas Restaurant on AAMI Stradbroke Day, Saturday 11th June at Eagle Farm Racecourse courtesy of Brisbane Racing Club
* A set of Yalumba ports dating from the '80's numbering about 10 Australian Horses of the Year which include Without Fear, Dulcify, Surround & Family Of Man. This collector's item has been kindly donated by the Walls Family
* NZ Tapestry of Turf Collectors Edition #384, Notable Thoroughbreds NZ, Australia, Great Britain Collectors Edition x 3 books #744 & Notable Thoroughbreds NZ Collectors Edition kindly donated by Garry Madill

SIX WEEKS USE OF THE AQUA HORSE WALKER including AGISTMENT at Doriemus Lodge, valued at $3000. The water walker builds strength and stamina, helps horses with shin soreness & injuries and strengthens joints and muscles making it perfect for rehab or pre-training. This package can be used for one or two horses at different times and is kindly donated by Doriemus Lodge.
