Yep  -  vetadine wash is awesome, and then I always had huge success with the Saddlery Warehouse Mud Gel -  that gets the scabs off, and then Equine Essentials Mud Wax grows hair back within days, amazing stuff!

Definitely wash with vetadine and apply equifix, my filly had a big patch of rain scald on the side of her face when I got her and hair started growing back in around a week like Sarah's horse, it definitely works! :)

I vetadine and then equifix :) My guy got it on his shoulder (or something similar) and I just scrubbed with a vetadine wash then put equifix on and a week later you could hardly tell (it went completely bald in big patches!)

Friends horse has just come home from the spelling farm with his face covered in rain scald.. Whats the best plan of attack? Vetadine or equifix? Anybody got any other ideas?
