Before using Riding-Room's forum, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Riding-Room can change these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the forums you indicate that you accept any new terms and conditions

General Rules and Policies
You can only use these forums if you are 13 years of age or over. By registering to use the forums you are stating that you are 13 years of age or over.

You are responsible for all postings using your username. This means you must keep your password secret. If you think anyone else knows your password, or is using your username on the forums, you must immediately notify Riding-Room and change your password. If posts are made by anyone other than the user who created the account, they will be deactivated without notice.
 
Everything you post on these forums becomes public information. Only share personal information if you are happy for everyone, anywhere in the world, to know about it.
You understand that you can only enter Riding-Room's competitions and/or prize draws if you live in New Zealand.

You agree that Riding-Room is not liable for any damages, costs, losses, or other injuries resulting in any way from your use of the forums or for any content you see or receive through or in relation to the Riding-Room website.
 
Whether you agree with the decisions or not, the site administrator's decision is final in all matters.
 
Copyrighted Material
Photographers have copyrights so that their work cannot be reproduced and posted without their consent. Riding Room does not allow ANY copyrighted photo’s to be posted on the site.  Stating that you have permission from the photographer is not valid. Unless the picture has no copy write marks in it, it will not be posted.
 
Behaviour
You also agree not to post any material that is vulgar, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy or sexually oriented.  Riding Room has a strong view that if you are not being polite, if you are on the wrong site. By all means use constructive criticism if someone asks for it but blatant rudeness and personal attacks and slander will not be tolerated.  If admin or the moderators feel you are breaching these rules or being rude they have the right to delete and modify any offending posts and yellow carding the user. Subsequent breaches will result in the member being deactivated.  If you are feeling angry or tired do not take it out on other users. If you think any material posted by another user is offensive or objectionable for any reason, notify Riding-Room.
 
Advertising
Riding Room is solely owned and administrated by NRM. While we welcome users varying opinions on equine matters and encourage free expression, we cannot tolerate any commercial advertising on our forums. Advertising includes posting commercial URL’s linking to other feed companies. NRM provides this website free of charge and expects that users have the respect not to misrepresent our products and blatantly recommend other feed companies competing products.  You agree that Riding Room may delete any posts that show disregard to this policy
 
For Sale Section
The http://www.riding-room.co.nz/‘For Sale' section is open to registered Riding Room members. The purpose of the service is to provide members with a venue to advertise equine-related goods. The ‘For Sale' section is for private sales only; businesses may not post advertisements. It may only be used to advertise goods for sale in New Zealand.

Responsibility for all advertisements remains solely with the advertiser. NRM is not responsible for the content of any advertisement, including the accuracy of any statements made.

NRM does not participate in transactions between members and does not act as an agent for either party to any sale. It has no responsibility for any such transactions, which are entirely at the risk of the parties involved.

NRM may remove any advertisement from the ‘For Sale' section for any reason, including that the goods or services are not equine-related or that the advertisement is objectionable or inappropriate.

Members agree that any personal information included in advertisements will be accurate and agree that NRM is not responsible for any claims that may arise out of alleged breaches of privacy resulting from the posting by members of their personal information on the ‘For Sale' section.
